Introduction
Oceanus The Label, a renowned UK swimwear brand featured in popular women's fashion magazines, approached us with a critical need to revamp their Shopify store. Their existing website was plagued with bugs and performance issues, hindering their online growth and conversion rates. Backstory
In October 2022, Oceanus reached out to us in a time of crisis. Their website theme code was riddled with bugs, causing frustration for both the brand and its customers. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we immediately got to work, fixing the bugs and laying the foundation for a complete website transformation. Our collaboration lasted until May 2023, during which we launched a custom theme in February 2023 and provided ongoing management and support.
Process
- Bug Fixes: Our first priority was to address the critical bugs that were holding back the website's performance and conversion rates. Our team worked diligently to identify and resolve these issues, ensuring a stable and reliable platform for the brand.

- Ongoing CRO: Following the launch of the new website, we continued to work closely with Oceanus The Label, implementing a monthly CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategy. This involved systematically analysing and optimising each page of the website to maximise conversions and revenue.
